Rough Pricing

at a hourly rate we can service your home at $85 an hour after the first hour is complete

or you can choose between a half day (4 hours) for a service charge of $300 and a full day rate (8 hours) at $500

we offer free estimates and flat rates for more materialized work including

• Interior Painting (per room, includes prep & two coats): Starting at $250

• Baseboard & Trim Installation (per room): Starting at 250

• Crown Molding Installation (per room): Starting at 350

Door Hanging

• Interior Door: $150 – $250 each

• Exterior Door: $250 – $500 each

•Cabinet Installation: Starting at $100 per cabinet

Flooring Installation

• Hardwood, Laminate, or Vinyl Flooring (per room): Starting at $300

• Carpet Installation (per room): Starting at $250

• Tile Flooring Installation (per room): Starting at $400

Outdoor Projects

• Fence Installation (per residential project): Starting at $500

• Paver Installation for Patios/Walkways (per project): Starting at $600

• Small Concrete Slab (patio or sidewalk, per project): Starting at $750
